Administration/Order Processing Officer

 Intelligent Building Controls Ltd (IBC) [established 2005] is the premier distributor and merchant of building energy management systems, controllers, measurement and peripheral products to Builders, Builders Merchants, Building Contractors, Consultants, Mechanical & Electrical Contractors, System Integrators and wholesalers in Ireland.

We are seeking a person to join our dynamic operations team as an Administration/Order Processing Officer.

The duties include:

  • Ordering stock from suppliers as required
  • Receiving, booking in and storing stock from suppliers
  • Order Processing and Shipping orders to customers
  • Liaising with couriers and shippers
  • Liaising with internal, and external, customers as required

The ideal candidate would have the following profile:

  • Leaving Certificate or equivalent
  • IT Literate and competent in Microsoft Office [Excel, Outlook and Word]
  • Good administration skills
  • Good communication skills [oral and written]
  • Order processing experience
  • Customer Service experience would be an advantage
  • Self-motivated enthusiastic individual

The position is full-time permanent, progressive and training will be provided.

Salary: €20,000 to €30,000 in accordance with education qualifications, experience and skills.
