Benefits of the Kit for Fan-Coil Units

Each kit for fan-coil units includes a built-in, factory-assembled set of valves and accessories to reduce onsite installation and commissioning times and to prevent potential future system leakage. It may also feature a balancing valve with pressure test points, installed on a return line. All necessary components are pre-installed as a single item and are 100% pressure-tested in the factory prior to delivery.
No specific tools are required for installation. The kit for fan-coil units includes a built-in bypass section with a full port isolating valve, allowing coil and circuit flushing and cleaning without the need to switch off the attached fan-coil unit. Thermal insulation can also be added.

iSMA CONTROLLI FCU multifunction valve set are designed to connect a fan coil unit directly into a building’s chilled water or hot water network. Each set includes an inbuilt factory-assembled set of valves and accessories in order to reduce on site installation and commissioning times and to prevent potential future system leakage from fan coil unit systems. All necessary components are installed as a single item which is then 100% pressure-tested in the factory prior to delivery to site. No specific tools are needed for installation. A built-in bypass section includes an isolating valve to enable coil and circuit flushing and cleaning to be carried out without the need to switch off the attached fan coil unit. Thermal insulation can be added too.

iSMA CONTROLLI bypass H-valve is a flexible solution for mounting terminal and HVAC units (fan coils, heat exchangers, etc.) with female-female connections on the system side. Thanks to the possibility of directing the flow, this valve eliminates the need to drain the system, allowing easier maintenance, cleaning and replacement of the device connected to the valve.
