Intelligent Building Controls Ltd (IBC) [established 2005] is the premier value-added distributor of building energy management solutions, systems, controllers and field device products to Builders, Contractors, Wholesalers, Building Services, Facility Managers, Mechanical & Electrical and System Integrators.
IBC is seeking a person to join our dynamic operations team as an Administration/Order Processing Officer.
The duties include:
- Ordering stock from suppliers as required
- Receiving and Storing stock from suppliers
- Processing and Shipping orders to customers
- Liaising with couriers and shippers
- Liaising with internal, and external, customers as required
The ideal candidate would have the following profile:
- Self-motivated enthusiastic individual
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent
- IT Literate and competent in Microsoft Office [Excel, Outlook and Word]
- Good administration skills
- Good communication skills [oral and written]
- Order processing experience minimum 1year+
- Customer Service experience would be an advantage
- Experience/knowledge of SAP Business One an advantage
The position is a progressive full-time position with comprehensive training provided.
Salary: €20,000 to €30,000 in accordance with education qualifications, experience, and skills.
